How to use raw eggs of Japanese quails?

Eggs are consumed in raw condition: the first three days three eggs are consumed, and during the next five days 5 eggs, in the morning on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before breakfast. In a glass of 6 oz place 5 eggs (together with yolk and whites, without shell, be sure to add juice of half a fresh lemon). Egg and lemon juice should be blended or mixed with a spoon, add honey and cinnamon, and then add flat water to mixture. Swallow and drink in a few sips. Eggs can be swallowed unsweetened or sweetened with honey or sugar. It is best to mix them (by hand or mixer) to achieve a foam mass. Diabetics should avoid sweetening.
