Elon Musk vs. the Administrative State

SpaceX wishes to colonize Mars, however initially it’s handling a harder objective: Rolling back the administrative state. CEO Elon Musk‘s company is challenging the structure and powers of the National Labor Relations Board.

A local director at the NLRB recently charged SpaceX with striking back versus workers who composed an open letter slamming Mr. Musk. The grievance declared that the business unjustly disallowed employees from talking about the letter and “developed an impression of monitoring” by “revealing workers screen shots of interactions in between workers.”
