Dechert Loses 2 Lawsuits Partners With Management Functions

2 lawsuits partners with management positions at Dechert left the company at the end of December to accept functions at brand-new companies this month.

David Kelley, previous U.S. lawyer for the Southern District of New york city and co-leader of Dechert’s white-collar and securities lawsuits practice from January 2017 till December, began at O’Melveny & & Myers on Jan. 8. And Philadelphia-based items liability partner Benjamin Barnett, who chaired the company’s innovation committee, concluded his more than 20-year period at the company on Dec. 31 to begin at complainants firm Seeger Weiss on Jan. 1.
