Cloud Partner Navigator is now a real partner website as we have actually moved all end clients on the Cloud Solutions Platform (CSP).
Cloud Solutions Supplier– SaaS (CSP-SaaS) renters would have the ability to gain access to all abilities through the Cloud Solutions Platform, whereas all CSP-SaaS partners would continue to handle the clients through Cloud Partner Navigator (CPN).
What does this mean for our Cloud Provider Company– SaaS partners?
- No loss of performance while handling end clients/ renters.
- No changing in between Company Org and Renter Org.
- All abilities are offered on the CSP-SaaS supplier org.
What does this mean for completion clients of Cloud Solutions Company– SaaS partners?
- They no longer require to login to Cloud Partner Navigator and all abilities would be available through CSP.
- No loss of performance
- At par with other end users and direct clients.
What are the modifications?
Provisioning a Service for End Client by CSP-SaaS partner:
- Login to CPN and go to the ‘ Solutions‘ page.
- The CSP-SaaS partner would have the ability to see a brand-new tab: ‘ Solutions Provisioned for Consumers‘
- On this brand-new tab, CSP-SaaS partners would have the ability to look for the consumer and arrangement the service for them.
- Provisioning and launch performances are the exact same as in the past.

Handling Consumers:
- CSP-SaaS partners can log into CPN and go to the ‘ Client Management‘ page.
- Partners would be directed to the Client Management page when they click the consumer/ occupant.
- IAM and Company abilities would be offered here. CSP-SaaS partner would no longer have the ‘ Change to consumer org link‘.
- CSP-SaaS partners would have the ability to carry out all IAM and company activities here.
